The oldest brand of beer in Japan, Sapporo was founded in 1876 in Sapporo, Japan. Since its introduction in 1984, Sapporo's "Sapporo Premium" beer, one of their several offerings, has been the #1-selling Asian beer in America.

Varieties Carried​

• Sapporo Premium: the original; a refreshing lager with a crisp, refined flavor and a clean finish.

• Sapporo Premium Light: a lighter-bodied lager with a smoother finish than the original; makes a good session beer.

• Sapporo Premium Black: a bold, robust-flavored beer crafted with roasted malts and a refined hop bitterness that is complemented by a sweet, round fullness and distinct coffee and chocolate flavors.

• Sapporo Reserve: an all-malt lager.
