Made from late-harvest teas, Sen-Cha has a robust yet balanced flavor.  Handpicked, deep-steamed, and carefully dried right after harvesting, in traditional Japanese style.  A delicately sweet, herbaceous aroma emanates.
 
Directions:  Steep 1 tablespoon of leaves in 12oz of hot water (165-190˚F).
